I've uploaded two files on the VolunteerGrid from a Tahoe node running
on an Intel SS4000-E NAS box with Debian squeeze which currently serves
as an ARM buildbot. This box has an Intel XScale IOP80219 ARM processor
running at 600 MHz.

Here are the timing information of the upload of two different files.

    * File Size: 6279530 bytes
    * Total: 117 seconds (53.5kBps)
          o Storage Index: 1.17s (5.38MBps)
