[tahoe-dev] 1.9 enhancement tickets

Ok, the 1.9-enhancement-review-needed deadline has passed. The following
enhancement tickets are still in the running for 1.9:

 #393  : MDMF
 #1425 : blacklist support
 #1429 : David-Sarah's Dropbox-ish inotify-triggered auto-upload feature
 #1010 : use only 127.0.0.1 as a local address
 #1342 : rename tests of packaging
 #1385 : stop respecting the pre-v1.3.0 config files

We plan to review and land all 6 patches this week!


1.9 enhancement tickets that didn't make the cut and will be rescheduled
for 1.10 (or 2.0, whatever we end up calling it):

 #68   : multiple/distributed Introducers
 #288  : resumption of interrupted downloads
 #443  : ETag on immutable directories
 #466  : signed dictionary-based Introducer announcements
 #567  : add version info to t=JSON output data
 #993  : refactor to treat immutable files and mutable versions the same
 #1007 : HTTP proxy support for node to node communication
 #1110 : pipeline download blocks for better performance



There are 10 "defect" tickets with patches ready to go (1363, 1384, 776,
1104, 1149, 1265, 1292, 1120, 1359, 1441). There are another 40 that
don't have patches ready for review: their champions have one week left
to get a patch ready.
