<DIV>Thanks for reporting the fact that your Python doesn't have the bzip2 </DIV>
<DIV>module. That's probably the cause of the failure to build Twisted. </DIV>

<DIV>It's surprising that you have a version of Python *without* bzip2 </DIV>
<DIV>supported. Every distribution of Python that I know of comes with </DIV>
<DIV>bzip2 included. Where did you get your version of Python? What </DIV>
<DIV>operating system are you running? </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The Tahoe-LAFS quickstart.rst says where to get Python: </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/browser/trunk/docs/quickstart.rst </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>If you get Python following the instructions in the quickstart.rst, it </DIV>
<DIV>will come with bzip2. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Alternately, you could download this tarball of all of the tahoe </DIV>
<DIV>dependencies packaged with gzip: </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>https://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-lafs-deps.tar.gz </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>In the future, we'll package the -SUMO distribution of Tahoe-LAFS with </DIV>
<DIV>gzip only. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Regards, </DIV>
