 Thanks for the feedback and input. I'd like to draft a list of attributes
 (and I have some notes and yet more links to that effect), but first I'd
 like to ask if you think instructions for "requesting a design review"
 (technical spec? technical design?) is a useful contributor document to
 have? Or if there's a type of documentation to the same end that would be
 more useful? Or if such documentation should be omitted entirely at this
 point?
