I'm not excited about "capinfo", but I think "tahoe info" is a bit too generic: it could plausibly provide information about your tahoe node (like what's on the Welcome Page), or about the grid overall.
Maybe "tahoe info cap=XYZ" ?? Naw, I don't like that either. Hrm.

For the command name, Zooko suggested 'tahoe info', and Brian 'tahoe capinfo'. I think I prefer the former.
