[tahoe-dev] more trac component names

Folks:

Brian added some more fine-grained component names to the trac.   
Where there used to be just "code", there is now "code", "code- 
encoding", "code-frontend", "code-frontend-web", and cetera.

One thing to be aware is that the "list all tickets by component"  
options on this page:

http://allmydata.org/trac/tahoe/report

Don't include all the new components.
