[tahoe-dev] v0.5 ready to go?

Folks:

There are no more tickets in the set of tickets to be done before the  
v0.5 release:

I've updated the relnotes.txt to describe v0.5:

I'm running some manual tests on Cygwin, Mac OS X, and Solaris (the  
three systems that I happen to have access to here in my Dad's home  
town of Grand Junction, Colorado).

Anything else we should do before tagging v0.5, uploading the  
tarball, and announcing it to the world?
