[Tahoe-dev] testnet now running 0.4.0

I upgraded the 'xext' testnet[1] on friday afternoon (6/29/07 17:30 PDT) to
the current release (0.4.0), flushing the vdrive in the process because the
dirnode format changed drastically.

 vdrive.furl = pb://xextf3eap44o3wi27mf7ehiur6wvhzr6@207.7.153.180:56677,127.0.0.1:56677/vdrive
