[Tahoe-dev] Use Cases

Folks:

While I was at Allmydata HQ this week we scribbled some notes about  
use cases on the whiteboard.  They are visible on the wiki [1].  I am  
currently transcribing the photo of the whiteboard into a wiki table.

The Use Cases are the guiding stars of our design process, so if you  
have feedback about these, please let us know.
