[tahoe-dev] plan for Tahoe v0.6.1, October 12

As per the Roadmap Page:

We plan to release Tahoe v0.6.1 on October 12.  This release of Tahoe  
will be compatible with the current v0.6.0 and will focus on  
usability improvements.

We've gotten lots of nice user testing and feedback from Nejucomo,  
Darius Bacon, and most recent Peter Secor, the boss at Allmydata,  
Inc..  If you have ideas for how the ease of use of Tahoe can be  
improved, now is the time to share!  Check out the roadmap page to  
see the current crop of tickets describing known problems or intended  
improvements.
