[tahoe-dev] v0.6.1 is really, really, coming out today

Folks:

We've been pushing the v0.6.1 release back day by day since its  
original due date of last Friday, because there has been a stream of  
very easy improvements that we can make on packaging, documentation,  
and usability.  This stream is visible on the Timeline [1] and the  
Roadmap [2].

However, we have run out of easy improvements and we're going to  
write an update to relnotes.txt [3], tag it as v0.6.1, and upload  
tarballs and send out release announcements sometime today.
