[tahoe-dev] upload speed

Folks:

Brian added a wiki page named "Performance":

The basic shape of upload speed seems to be that upload time is

A+B*size

Where A is almost a second and B is the speed of your upstream link.

I'm now running comparable tests for Tahoe with a Windows node as the  
client and my friends' friendnet as the servers.
