Nope, I was just being complete. Seconds are plenty for me.

Besides, clocks are rarely synchronized to millisecond levels, even with NTP.
Any sort of tracing we'd want to do at that level is going to depend upon
causality information we explicitly add to the logs, not on timestamps.
