Oops!  pyopenssl depends on openssl.  I guess on some platforms that  
I tested the pyopenssl package that I tested *bundled* openssl, but  
on others it doesn't.

So I guess openssl is the undeclared dependency.  Try installing  
openssl and see if that fixes it?
