Oh dear -- it appears that I accidentally uploaded a working  
directory instead of a release tarball as "pycryptopp-0.5".  Please  
get the newly released "pycryptopp-0.5.1" or higher instead -- I have  
just now uploaded a release version to fix this mistake.
