Yay!  This week's LWN.net has an article about Tahoe, by Jake Edge.   
It is a good one-page introduction.

LWN.net is a weekly magazine which charges a subscription fee  
(starting at $2.50 per month) for the current week's version and  
gives out the previous week's version for free.  I've been reading it  
for ten years now -- it is the only magazine I find to be worth  
paying for.  (Or, for that matter, to be worth reading.)

They didn't pay me to say that -- I just like the magazine.  And I'm  
excited about the readers of LWN -- skilled programmers for the most  
part -- hearing about Tahoe.
