[tahoe-dev] updates to the StorageSS 08 paper

Folks:

This paper is due Monday, August 18.  I had to rewrite section 4.3.1  
-- immutable file verification capabilities to reflect Christian  
Grothoff's attack and our fix.  Here's the new version:

Next I'm going to write a new section 5 about rollback attack and  
freshness.  It's tricky to be precise about the security guarantees,  
and the attempt has already taught me to maintain an important  
perspective: in Tahoe LAFS, defense against rollback attack is all  
about which servers the readers and writers are connected to at any  
time.

My brother Josh has graciously offered to draw diagrams for me, and I  
suggested that he model them on the diagrams in the SUNDR paper [1].
