[tahoe-dev] tahoe fuse tests.

This patch implements basic directory listing and file retrieval
functionality of the fuse interface.

It also fixes a smattering of issues with the test framework (such as
overly restrictive verification of the output of tahoe, which
prevented any useful results on Peter's OS X box).
