I've finished upgrading the public test grid. The old 'y3ee' introducer is
gone. The new introducer.furl is:

 pb://todjw7qkb4dgq4fkeo7cqydcu5vneioh@tahoecs2.allmydata.com:52106/introducer

When you upgrade to today's trunk, please replace your node's introducer.furl
with this new value.

The new introducer scheme provides much more data about who you're being
introduced to: the Welcome page shows the full table, including IP address of
the peer, connection time, and nickname. If you are running a storage server
(i.e. if you haven't touched $BASEDIR/no_storage), please write a nickname of
some sort into $BASEDIR/nickname so that other nodes will be informed about
it.
