[tahoe-dev] Fuse interface status.

Hello,

I've received a handful of email with regards to the fuse interface,
which leads me to believe it's a popular feature amongst the current
user base.  However, every email I've received thus far is with
regards to its failure to build/install/run on OS X, and I have no
access to that platform.

This evening I will add trac tickets for those OS X issues which have
been emailed to me, and then I'll investigate the feasibility of
buying and running an OS X image as a VMWare guest.

I'm curious if anyone has success/failure reports for linux or other
platforms, so consider this an informal poll.

Finally, in announcements and docs, please refer to the interface as
an example extension, rather than a feature of tahoe.  IMO it's
important to keep user expectations accurate and I consider tahoe
"features" thoroughly tested on multiple platforms, and integrated
into the build/install system.
