[tahoe-dev] tahoe-fuse.py patch for 0.7.0.

Hello fellow Gridwalkers,

Here's a code patch that allows me to run tahoe-fuse.py against a
0.7.0 wapi, using a particular version of the brittle python-fuse
Ubuntu package.

-but this patch also includes a much needed README on how to get
tahoe-fuse.py running.

This extension to tahoe is poorly tested, and currently for the
adventurous.  If you have any success/failure stories let me know!

Coming someday soon:  automated tests, support for different
python-fuse versions (or perhaps a replacement library), and
modification/write support.
