[tahoe-dev] tahoe_fuse system test framework now functional.

The tahoe fuse system test framework is now functionally complete, but
there are no fuse file system tests yet.  That is, if you discount the
important tests of launching and shutting down the fuse interface...
This might already provide valuable feedback on how different
python-fuse versions handle commandline parameters.

This set of patches includes a small modification to tahoe_fuse.py
itself to allow it to be run from the framework.

Next up will be tests of specific file system operations.
