[tahoe-dev] v1.1 release really *really* imminent

Folks:

We've fixed a bunch of issues [1] and moved others from the v1.1.0  
Milestone to the v1.1.1 Milestone [2].

We're about to prepare the v1.1.0 release.  Please try it out and  
tell me right away if it doesn't work on your system.
