[tahoe-dev] new release coming soon

Zooko and I just went through the ticket list for "1.1.0" and pushed out
everything that wasn't really critical to the release. There are 9
tickets remaining, and we figure that only two of them should take
more than a day or two:

So we're going to try to get a new release out soon, perhaps as early as the
middle of next week. This release will include a newly refactored (and more
reliable) mutable file / dirnode implementation, a massively refactored
webapi server, and the new "alias:" CLI model (including cp -r).
