 i like this idea - seems to capture all the semantic trickiness uncovered
 earlier...

 separate namespaces seem to be even cleaner (tahoe: and local:)...

 that said, even without a separate namespace, consider using
 {{{link_crtime}}} and {{{local_crtime}}} - instead of {{{lcrtime}}}, as
 {{{lcrtime}}} introduces yet another 'shortcut' that could be construed as
 ambiguous, which is somewhat responsible for getting us here in the first
 place.

 further, {{{local_ctime}}}, {{{link_motime}}}, {{{local_mtime}}}

 remove the ambiguity!
