[tahoe-dev] No module named python....

G'day all,

I'm new here. Having just heard about Tahoe yesterday, i thought I'd give it a
spin.

I managed to get it installed (or at least it looks like it is installed) but
have no luck creating an introducer:

samps at pico:~$ tahoe create-introducer
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/tahoe", line 2, in <module>
    from allmydata.scripts import runner

File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/allmydata_tahoe-1.5.0_r4042-py2.5.egg/allmydata/scripts/runner.py",
line 7, in <module>
    from twisted.python import usage
ImportError: No module named python

From the error message I gather it has some relation to Python, but I am not
proficient enough with that language or the installation of it to make any
sense of the message.

A pointer in a general direction would be much appreciated.

regards
Samps Okholm
