[tahoe-dev] Supported encoding?

Hello,

so I see I will need to alter my files naming to be able to use Tahoe ATM; I
plan to use http://www.j3e.de/linux/convmv/man/ for this purpose.

It lists the following encodings as possible:

can someone please advise which encoding is most appropriate for Tahoe, and
will work using 'tahoe backup' option?
