Hey Shawn, that's an interesting idea.  You should paste your letter
into a ticket on the trac so that we can rediscover it in the future
when we start searching for keywords like "scalability" and
"peer-selection" and so on.  Messages in the mailing list archives are
a lot more likely to be forgotten.  Which reminds me, did you recently
submit a patch for Tahoe-LAFS as a mailing list message without an
accompanying trac ticket?  I have the feeling that you did, but now I
can't find it.
