[tahoe-dev] Observations on Tahoe performance

Dear Shawn:

You posted this message about Tahoe-LAFS performance, and you got  
some responses, but no definitive answer or resolution.  Is there  
another ticket besides #397 that specifically refers to upload  
performance?  I just did a search for "falout" and a search for  
"performance" among our tickets and didn't find one.  If not, please  
open a new one so that this issue won't be forgotten.
