[tahoe-dev] Old tickets

Folks, for those of you who don't read the Timeline [1] every day  
with your morning coffee or who don't (like me) get e-mail every time  
anything is changed on the trac, you may not know that David-Sarah  
has just spent several days examining, tagging, and commenting on  
many hundreds of old tickets.  I've been trying to follow along  
behind (since I get email whenever they change something), closing  
tickets and adding comments as appropriate.

This has led me to notice one ticket that I had forgotten about that  
I think is required for Tahoe-LAFS v1.6: #833.  It also led to  
closing lots of old tickets that have been already been fixed and  
other improvements.

Here's a big Thank You to David-Sarah for the ticket gardening work!
