 The informative line in that voluminous error output is:

 {{{
  pycryptopp/_pycryptoppmodule.cpp:2:20: error: Python.h: No such file or
  directory
 }}}

 So the work-around is to install {{{build-essential}}} and {{{python-
 dev}}}.  :-)
