[tahoe-dev] How to link bugs in launchpad?

BTW, if I want to link these two bugs via launchpad, how do I do that?
I registered for a launchpad account, but it wasn't at all obvious how to do
this, since neither twisted nor Tahoe-LAFS use launchpad as their *native*
bug tracker.
