webapi. Without a way to expose versioninfo to the webapi client, or to otherwise expose the middle of the read-modify-write cycle, there's no good way to do anything *but* overwrite here. So if you're seeing download-then-upload from the "tahoe put --mutable" command, I'd like to find out why. cheers, -Brian
