Hm.

When you ran "darcs send" did it say 'Creating patch to "http:// 
allmydata.org/source/tahoe/trunk-hashedformat"...' and then did it  
say "What is the target email address?" and did you answer 'tahoe- 
dev at allmydata.org' ?
