Comment:

 I've implemented most of this, but not yet the part about:

  * Add a hyperlink with anchor text "What is this?" next to the "mutable"
 check-box which explains what mutable files are and how you never want to
 use them. Hm, maybe this also means hide the "mutable" check-box behind
 some sort of expert-user-mode? :-/

 I haven't committed it to trunk yet, but probably will before the v1.5
 release.
