 Way to go, MM (and BD)!  I will report this to the Crypto++ maintainers.
 In the meantime, we should probably think about disabling optimized
 assembly (at least on some platforms?) so that we can go ahead with the
 Tahoe-1.5 release.  Do you have a platform were the optimized assembly
 *does* work so you can see how much different it makes in performance?
