While connected to Tahoe's builtin FTP server:

This is with Tahoe 1.3, Twisted 8.2.0 on Windows XP. Even with the patch
from FTP-and-SFTP.txt applied, the assertion at ftpd.py:293 still failed,
so I uncommented that line. The last hunk in the patch didn't apply
because the file is missing (nothing unusual, see Ticket #688).
