 FYI, this should have been fixed by [3872], which depended upon a feature
 added to foolscap-0.4.0 (i.e. foolscap itself does not fix the issue.. it
 required a tahoe-side change).

 I guess something may still be broken. We'll probably have to wait for it
 to become weird again and then look at the introducerclient's internal
 state.
