Trac offers special markup, for example you can write  
"[source:setup.py]" in a trac comment and it will convert that to a  
hyperlink like this "http://allmydata.org/trac/tahoe/browser/ 
setup.py" .  The limitation that you are seeing is that the "trac to  
e-mail" feature sends out the original markup source, not the  
resulting HTML.  Perhaps this is configurable -- I haven't checked.
