Folks:

Thanks to Dan for running the ArchLinux builder all this time.  I've  
now officially promoted it to Supported Builder status.  Hey Dan,  
want to add Tahoe-LAFS into the ArchLinux package repository?  :-)

Thanks to Black Dew for contributing a Windows + MinGW + python 2.6  
buildbot and a Debian unstable buildbot!  They've been added in the  
Unsupported Builder category.  :-)
