[tahoe-dev] Installation error

Hi Zooko,
Unfortunately, commenting-in those lines didn't help. See the bottom of
the log. So I downloaded pywin32 from sourceforge as you recommended. I
got some new errors which I'll send separately. Thanks for your help.
