[tahoe-dev] Using allmydata.com production grid?

I'm pretty sure that using the helper does not require you to rely upon
it for integrity (Brian or Zooko, this is true, right? As for
availability, if the helper node is not available, the local node will
revert back to contacting the other storage nodes directly.
