 The existing fuse tests have only a few test cases which create
 directories and files and read from them.  See:

 The fuse interfaces would benefit greatly if we reuse some kind of
 existing filesystem correctness test suite.  I've only just begun looking
 into this, but here is a hit that looks promising:
