Comment:

 You know what? I'm not really motivated to work on this ticket right now.
 I don't currently use FTP or SFTP and, while I really want Tahoe-LAFS to
 have first-class support for SFTP, I'm not the right person to do this
 testing and packaging. Could someone who really cares about SFTP please
 take this ticket?
