 attachment:393status33.dpatch hooks the WUI and the CLI up to the webapi
 behavior that I worked on earlier. You can now upload MDMF mutable files
 on the root page of the WUI, the directory page of the WUI, and using the
 {{{tahoe put}}} command; the first two of those should be pretty
 straightforward despite my brilliant web design skills, while the third is
 documented in {{{tahoe put --help}}}. On my to-do list for the weekend are
 documentation, code review, making it so that the default from
 {{{tahoe.cfg}}} is also the default on the WUI MDMF radio buttons, and
 making sure that I haven't introduced any regressions in the JSON
 representation of things from the webapi.
