An easier workaround might be to just set servers-of-happiness (still
misspelled 'shares.happy' in tahoe.cfg, I think) to 1. I believe that
should effectively disable the not-diverse-enough error and allow the
upload's not-ideal-but-still-an-improvement share-placement to be
executed.
(note to selves: this is an embarrassing regression: I was dubious about
the complexity of servers-of-happiness, and this bug reinforces that
sense of dubiousity)
(note to self: find a better word than "dubiousity" :-)
