Today, that's true. With the IANA exhaustion less than 2 months away, though, native IPv6 support for many end-users isn't far off. Comcast's customers are starting to get it, if that's any indication of progress (as one of the largest end-user ISPs, I suspect it ought to be).
I forgot about the blocked-by-Twisted issue though. Wonder if they're doing anything about that...
