For debian, it is included with the package setup_tools. If you install
DDBFS, using setup.py shall work out of the box and install last release
of tahoe from pypi using distutils.

Well, I developed DDBFS using tahoe version 1.8.0 which is the one
released on pypi, so installing that version will be ok. But, of
course if you wish to really try Tahoe out, use the last release's
package..
