You didn't show the rest of the output, but I suspect that after it
was unable to connect to http://divmod.org to download a copy of nevow
then it connected to
http://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-lafs-dep-eggs/README.html
and downloaded a copy of nevow from there.

Did the build work? It should have resulted in a bin/tahoe executable,
as described in quickstart.html.
