It is not hard to drag and drop elements of a web page, but I have no 
idea how to drag and drop between windows explorer and a browser.  Have 
you seen web pages that allow dragging and dropping files between the 
file system and elements of a web page?

I would very much like to know a cleaner way of doing it than custom 
browser extensions.
